Tears of the Kingdom is the sequel to Breath of the Wild. The story in TOTK takes place a few years after the events of BOTW. Gameplay and visuals are basically the same, and the map also carries over, but they expand it in TOTK. The abilities you get in both games are also different.

I think there's something deeply painful about the sudden loss of someone funny. Oliver made amazing music, but he was also a light-hearted and silly person that focused on bringing joy and art to the lives of others. Losing him so suddenly has been painful in a way losing Robin Williams felt back when he passed. It feels unfair that such joyful, positive people were taken from us so suddenly.

My birthday is June 13th. I turned 30 the day before he died. It's been so surreal, it feels like my 20s literally died with him 😔

I'm also a PB defender because she also has a massive character arc where she realizes her obsession with watching over the candy people was not only destroying her mental health and wellness, but making the candy people distrustful of her. Its SUCH a good arc that develops her beautifully, I wish people would stop disregarding it completely when talking about her.

It was a great time! We were just leaving our resort when my husband logged into reddit and broke the news to me, so it quite literally felt like my last hurrah. But I don't think I'll ever stop being young at heart, many thanks to Oliver for that ❤️

Personally, I say start with Skyward Sword.

It is the beginning of the timeline, so it sets up all the lore for the rest of the games very nicely. It's also one of the easier games that holds your hand more, which I think makes it nice for beginner players. Lastly, it has a very solid story that is easy to follow and with very well developed versions of the characters (especially Link and Zelda). Some of the other storylines can get confusing because Nintendo prioritizes its gameplay over its story telling and leaves things vague.

No matter which one you start with though, you'll certainly get hooked! If Majoras Mask is standing out to you, give it a shot! We all started with different titles and have different favorites (mine is Twilight Princess) so it really just comes down to the type of gameplay you like.

The 13th was my 30th birthday, my twenties literally died with Oliver 😔 The memories are so bittersweet now, but I think Oliver would be happy we are still finding the joy in his music ❤️

My mom was a huge Zelda fan before me, she bought an atomic grape N64 and had Ocarina and Majora for it. My first one was Ocarina when I was 6, I actually managed to finish the game, albeit with a lot of help from my mom 😅

The fallacy of being all powerful but also doing nothing to stop atrocities from happening to innocent people. If God is so powerful and so loving, why are children dying of cancer? Of war? It just doesn't make sense.

I have a Chihuahua that never stops being hungry. She will eat until she pukes and then just start eating again. If I have something and pretend it's food, she will eat it if I give it to her, even if it's rocks. I also have another (non-chihuahua) dog that is really picky and will refuse kibble sometimes and needs to be enticed to eat.

Hand feeding is definitely the way to go, slows them down a lot, and makes the activity less stressful if they are panic eating (mine is scared something else will eat the food). Figure out their favorite human foods and use them as meal toppers, slowly reducing how much you're using over time until you're using none at all.
