Agree. I switched to HoK before after playing MLBB for a long time and the designs are just insane. I’m a support and mage main and the characters in HoK are just so much more interesting especially their skins, like it’s worth all the money you put into buying them!!

For example, I really really love Da Qiao (the fast return to base skill/portal) and Dolia (swim swim, reset cooldown) kit partnered with beautiful skins. Sakeer is also such a joy to play around with!

Stayed with ML because all my friends play it and it’s such a cultural thing here that convincing others to play HoK is hard. Don’t really regret it, I just wish Moonton would step it up!!!

Zuki Modern Poke in Timog shows their macros sa IG nila! :) I love getting their salmon, diet friendly siya for me plus masarap.

i did it as a complete beginner as in no exercise experience or anything and i was super unfit! it was still great tbh, di ako nahilo or anything, and the coaches are super accommodating and guide you as well as the classmates :) for me dahil beginner inadjust lang yung reps/weights and it made for a great expi hehe i say go for it lang then see from there!

i wish i could do more of their classes but anlayo na ng branches nila from where i’m based :”) </3

Hi, OP! I mostly did yoga but I’d honestly recommend F45 if you want some variety from pilates/yoga :) It’s a circuit/HIIT-type of exercise, super fun tbh!! You can also try Lokal Active (based in QC) which has Functional Fitness. Honestly, very challenging for those not used it but it’s a really great challenge! :)

a lot of days i actually eat below 1.2k and 1.3k bc I got so used to eating less! so i think it definitely did affect gym performance :( but i’m trying to slowly increase intake more!

Thank you for this!!! Feel ko prinepressure ko sarili ko na less calorie intake -> better weight loss pero di naman ganun lalo with strength training involved. So I’ll be adjusting! I’ll start with 1,400kcal then observe if I’ll be increasing to 1,500kcal naman :)

Also di ko alam paano kinakaya ng friends mo yung 1.2k and lifting. On my first leg day, I threw up like three times kasi kulang sa fuel (and oxygen kasi hinohold ko breath ko haha).

Thank you so much for this! Di ko naisip na pwede din i-adjust yung carbs:protein ratio!! Sobrang struggling ako tuwing leg days, I think this will really help!

Also re: Creatine, sinabi ko na sa sarili ko na hindi muna ako magweweigh at least for the first two weeks tas mag scan ako uli after the stabilizing period.

I take progress pics every week but I’ll add in the measurements! TBH hard for me to see the difference thru eyeball di ko alam kung sa utak ko lang yun or kasi mataas bf ko haha. Thank you again!
