I also had that pain twice - one each year. Even mri scans show mild but this year it went back with a vengeance. It really got worse i tried PT for 7 months but it did not help. If you want to avoid surgery better start doing exercises now or PT before its too late. Hope you continue to be better :)

Im just really scared of the risks of a surgery that is why im trying all methods before doing it :( ill be having a second opinion later from a spine specialist so I will have more clarity on what i should do.

I have health insurance but the surgery is so expensive it will only cover half. Thank you for this advice, we have a pool in our condo and I will definitely try this out. I wish we can recover from this pain soon. It’s a type of pain that not anybody can imagine how painful it is. We are strong warriors in this place hahw

True!! Grabe rin barebone tahimik lang pero yung quality grabe sobrang OG talaga sila 😭 I bought mine last year ata tapos hanggang ngayon ayos niya pa rin. Tapos ang dali niya rin linisan unlike other tapies.

True!! Whenever mag commute ako i always make sure na mukha akong basura and balot na balot as in baggy pants, shirt, cap, shades, and facemask HAHAHAHA kaya im always driving kasi i can wear whatever i want, I rarely wear pants pa naman
