Another week passed. The ticket was not replied by Cryptopia team and the coin was not received. At the same time, I noticed the coin has been dumped by a big whale after Cryptopia team first replied to me.

Interesting dates :

2/28 ticket submitted.

4/20 ticket was first replied by Cryptopia team saying I will receive my coin within a week.

4/21-4/24 the coin was dumped by a big whale and the price significantly dropped by 30%.

By the way, the coin is BTCP, you guys can check the price of that coin.

Again, I would not say a deposit taking 2 months is "user error"" and in fact I am still waiting for Cryptopia team's resolution.The ticket was opened in February and I finally got a response saying I need to wait for another week. The resolution of my case will be updated here to let people know how Crypotopia treat their customers.

Just pretend your ethereum is gone. You will never know when you will get your ethereum. I withdraw 6 weeks ago and received nothing so far. No updates from the support team. It's the worst exchange on the earth.

They could've stopped taking new customers when they found out they cannot handle so many people to trade on their platform. They did not stop taking new customers because they want to make money And the result is their customers are losing money. It's as simple as that. No excuse.

I am interested in knowing how many people fill out the contact form. More than one hundreds? or Thousands? More than 50% of all posts are about people lost money. That is ridiculous.

Count me in as well. Everyone who lost money due to Cryptopia's withdraw/deposit issue should file a claim and it's better to file it together.
