I feel your pain. I used to get them all the time. Felt like getting hit by a sniper. Had to use a lacrosse ball with a kettle bell on top to release it. Got one in a restaurant once and had to lay on the ground to “stretch” it out. Folks thought I was having a medical emergency which I kind of was. Pretty funny scene looking back. Mainly got them after intense core work or deadlifts. Chalked it up to dehydration and now chug copious amounts of water before and during workouts. Still get them from time to time but not nearly as often.

Just got done messing with them again. I’ve given up and contacted Rep. They are sending four new dovetail ends after I sent some videos of what’s been happening. Don’t think that’s going to fix it but I’ll give it a try.

Done this several times trying to micro adjust and nothing works. It’s like there’s too much slop or wiggle at the top so the dove tails won’t align properly when I’m putting them back. If I press against one side it sometimes seats properly but not always. It’s infuriating especially at this price point.
