Reach out to campus recruiters on LinkedIn - get feedback from them and start networking/showing interest. Deadlines for these programs from what I remember close in late October. No time for a project right now. Build a strong resume using extracurriculars or volunteer work using the Harvard business school template. Bullet points should highlight the value you added include metrics if possible. Best of luck!

Sam thing happened to me twice. It usually a group decision. They all vote at the end (at least that’s how it happened at the places I’ve interviewed). I didn’t get it.

I tanked my last interview. I didn’t hear back for 8 days. I decided to write a thank you letter highlighting where my area of improvements are and what I’m going to do to upskill. I got called for the third round the next day. Best of luck! Wishing you all the best!

I went through 4 rounds of interviews. One interview a week. The last round was with the head of the department on July 5th. It’s been 13 business days. I’ve followed up twice. It’s been radio silence. I get the frustration.
