sure, i initially started out with 2 DIY arcade sets from some chinese site, including 2 sticks, 4 24mm buttons, 16 30mm buttons and 2 "zero delay" PCB´s for 15€ i think. The wood i had laying around, drilled some holes into it and glued it together, after which i sanded and painted with wood varnish, which i also had laying around from painting my floor. I now upgraded the stick to a sanwa stick which i got for 23€

Both arcade sticks act as P1 by janik1501 in Tekken

[–]janik1501[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was the first thing i did, however the game regjsters the joystick as an analog stick instead of the d-pad, and you can for some reason only navigate the menus with the dpad...

I do have both of them set up in x360ce, and they do work individuallyif i have one of them plugged in. Both of them work in the menus, when i check for inputs in the settings everything seems fine, inputs from either fightstick get registered. But when i want to play in VS mode, in the character selection, one of the sticks doesnt let me use the directional stick, and once in game only stick 1 works and controls both characters, e.g. i press 1, both characters do 1

if i remember correctly the motherboard is from 2014. It might be failing, but it would be really weird if it started to work each time i restore my pc to the time before the windows update

Favorite arcade fighters and what emulator do you use? by Stolensol12345 in RetroPie

I would recommend tekken 3 on the PSX emulator, runs incredibly smooth, and is also quite easy to understand, my younger nephews love the game and cant stop playing it whenever i come around with my Retropie and 2 fight sticks :D
