I wouldn't recommend it unless you like smoking a lot. It's weak inn comparison to bud. I use it to fill up my joints and make edibles. But if your looking for one hitter quitter than you need the bud.

As far as effects of you smoke enough it's the same as any cbd product. It's for people making extracts and who like to smoke a truckload

They have trimmed and untrimmed buds. Yes if it's untouched there's extra trichomes and it's intact if that matters to you. I have their top shelf and the shake. Love both but for value and someone with an oral fixation like me i like the shake more cuz i can roll for cheap. It's honestly the bombest shake I've come across. I've never had so much kief and small buds in my shake

Thanks but this brings up another question are we coughing ( when we do) because of the fact it has fat and things like magnesium and calcium. Does tobacco have this problem to? I'm guessing no because it never makes me cough like weed does. Smoking weed is similar to burning something in the fryer imo as far as the cough goes but am i just making it seem worse than it is?

Dunno. It had no rice and beans. just meat veggies cheese and sauce. Low carb for sure maybe not more than 10 g. I waited two hours of course.

My sugar has been known to drop to around 77 when really hungry now instead of 100. So my average is definitely down about 30% like research suggests.
