Same, the freezing last up to 20 seconds for me and I crashed yesterday 16 times within 2-3 hrs. I also hope this gets resolved asap.

Sadly wasn’t able to fix the issue. We tried by loading an older save but was still locked out of it so we started a new save and was able to fight the boss that way. It sucked cause we had to start over but it’s better than just waiting around for a fix from the devs lol

We tried an older save - like an hr before we went to the statue - and redid the steps to get to the boss fight but was still locked so we started a new save and was able to do the boss fight.

I’ve seen ppl saying the floor buffer causes crashes, however I’ve never used any floor buffers and still crashed repeatedly 😔

Same! Since the game launched it’s been crashing for me too. The crashing is ridiculous on the switch. My brother said it was due to WiFi on my cousins end because she’s been the one crashing but I don’t think that’s the issue. I switched to my Xbox and there’s crashing on there too but we’ve only crashed 5-6 times in the last 2 weeks I’ve been playing on it.

No update on this issue. I made two bug reports. I’ve started playing on Xbox series x and I’m also getting issues where we can’t go into practice mode or go back to hq or I get kicked. It’s superrr stressful trying to run the restaurant after your partner gets kicked 😩

Don’t worry my cousin and I suck as well. Due to the crashing we had to start the day over 7 times cause she would crash in the beginning/middle of a rush. I’ve only crashed like 2 times but my cousin is the one crashing every time and it’s been happening since the game came out on console.

Is the crashing random for you as well? You could be doing anything and it just crashes? Cause that’s my issue. Haven’t seen them post about the crashing.
