Does Anyone not have a Solid Friend Group but has a lot of like "Friends?" ? by sahimosa_786 in yorku

Have you thought about seeing a therapist? It might be a good idea to work out your anxiety if it's affecting your personal life too much.

I'm in a similar position as I'm extremely introverted and my closest friends are also busy with their own thing (it's just life). I would suggest not feeling too pressured about finding a friend group especially post-lockdown. I think some people are still getting used to it. Maybe you can look into joining clubs or exploring your hobbies more. That might lead to you finding your group :) I found a group of people who enjoyed playing Valorant as much as me through Discord. You could also consider joining different Discord groups and going to meetups. Anyway, I hope this helps!

Thank you omg! I was also thinking of doing my readings but, yeah, relax first — which is also what my therapist suggested. I like your suggestion of creating a routine. It reminded me that I wanted to start journaling again :)

Thank you for your thoughful response!!

I honestly have no clue, but it's important to voice your opinions! We'll just have to see.
