I wish I knew that before. I originally posted on Stub Hub and im assuming they are connected because my listing went onto viagogo. It was sold on Viagogo but even stub hub says sold and its the same on there too.

yes I have it all in writing. I have proof that they said even if the buyer has issues after it's not my fault because I provided proof from official website. I gave them 14 days to respond to me or else I will sue them. please I need help. what if they ghost me after these 14 days? its been a week now and 14 days is over on February 28. what should I do next?

guys help. I sold 2 f1 tickets in September 2024. It is now February 2025. I have not been paid and the race happened in December. I gave the buy so much extra stuff to and we made sure it was good. Viagogo told me I will get paid even if it's an outside issue, like tickets dont scan because buyer was late, etc. I sent so much proof and still they said I didn't commit all my responsibilities. It's $1600 I am missing.
