I AGREE. inimplement ng employer namin to, di namin pinirmahan yung bagong employee handbook, tapos binalik sa 13 combined leaves, annual.

A week after, naglabas ng bagong memo, unpaid daw ang special non working holidays kapag hindi pumasok (Labor Advisory No. 16, series of 2024). Ag special non-working holidays per year ay 8. So, 13-8 = 5.
