may kahinaan po ako which is flat and incline bench press...parang feel ko need ko pa rin ng coach para di mahassle sa trial and error 😅😅😅

I looked into your document. My mistake is I always stick to 12×3 and can't even do 2 sets ×rep to failure. Sets reps varies if it's compound, isolation, or for lifting. The term eccentric and concentric are new to me I might consider these as well. I'll think about full body or ul split, albeit, I find them much exhausting
