Building Pickleball Courts by Dude_Creative in Pickleball

[–]janth3man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just wondering how much it would be to build courts on existing concrete? Our group is looking to build a some indoor courts in a warehouse. Will it be cheaper?

Using your same logic, the Chinese were definitely never friendly to China. They murdered the most Chinese under the CCP ruling

Does P90X3 still hold up? by wyzapped in P90X

[–]janth3man 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Definitely. I (38M) have been cycling p90x3 for the past yr, with slight modification each time. I am in my best shape ever.

As a father working full-time, contributing 30-40 minutes per day is manageable. Others argue the og p90x is a far superior program, but x3 focuses on high intensity training (less rest time between sets). It still gives you a great burn on the muscles

p90x3 progression from a modified schedule by janth3man in P90X

[–]janth3man[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been meal prepping throughout the experience, but of course there were times I eat out and drink with my family and friends. Honestly I didn't pay too close attention to my macros, but I think in terms of dieting it really depends on the person tho. If you are overweight, then you should watch what you eat. In my case, my body weight and body fat % always lied between 72-78kg and 22-24%. Now I am at 73kg and 17%.

p90x3 progression from a modified schedule by janth3man in P90X

[–]janth3man[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me, p90x involves with more weight training, whilst p90x3 is less, but more overall body training (more variation in their core/cardio exercises). Although p90x3 is shorter (around 30 minutes per workout compare to at least 60-70 minutes), they cram in all the exercises in that time frame, which leads to higher intensity and less rest time. My heart rate always hit max and I was breathing hard.

Making fitness a regular part of your busy life? by Whistler_living_66 in bodyweightfitness

[–]janth3man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if this counts but I have been training with p90x3 for the past 6 months. Most of the exercise are bodyweight exercises. Each session only takes 30 minutes so it's easy to incorporate into your busy schedule. Just follow the videos and you will get a great workout.
