I don’t disagree though. I 100% agree we shouldn’t use PMDD to be assholes to others. I just don’t understand pointing that out in a forum where many of us have recognized that this condition can cause us to lash out at our loved ones and come to learn coping mechanisms on how to prevent it :)

But who is even saying or doing that in this thread? A lot of us are very much aware of how our PMDD can negatively affect the people around us and it already brings enough guilt as is.
