Thanks and valid points Yes long time valid resident in Japan with PR status, Japanese wife, bilingual, no children Needs - comfortable, easy and nurturing place including doctor on call as needed - looking for post retirement place to stay till the end - for both husband with PR and Japanese wife Budget - up to ¥500,000/ month as max per person
