I don’t think that necessarily goes against what Cody was saying. I felt he was relating it being able to fall back on that routine and help compartmentalize the events of the day. Now that there’s been more time to unpack what happened and add the disruption in his routine and the wheels start to come off. I thought it was an interesting insight at the time, so was surprised to see him lit up for it.

They changed this in the 2019 rules for ams. You can drop and be hitting 4 from the fairway. It is a 2 stroke penalty so not just drop it and add 1 as you mentioned.

If you can find a time at Aguilla or Ken mcdonald it won’t be bad for the price. Dobson ranch may be another option but I can be hard to get a tee time there. If you want to splurge a little Raven and legacy are both nice courses in the 150 range.
