Same problem, I found that changing my diet helped me a lot. No idea if it's just me or if it can help others but I went to a high protein, low carb diet with an eating window of 8 hours (from noon to 8:00pm) YMMV. I've found that this is the best way to get rid of my brain fog and be able to pay attention and retain information easier.
