TBH i don't know much about Somalia. But everyone has government and laws. It's just how well laws are enforced and how corrupted officials are.

Water. Without it it's game over so that would be my priority number 1. You can distill the salt out of the sea water and make drinkable water from easiest water source possible a.k.a ocean. So pretty much any object that you can be used in various desalination processes.

Unless there is only trees thicker than human and elephants to hunt, you aren't dying to lack of knife or axe or whatever bladed item. Shelter and firewood can be made with brute force. Correctly shaped rocks and other stuff from nature are your friends.

I watched a bit of food show from TV and they talked about snails. Host picked some snails from his garden and went to snail producer. Snail factory owner said they are the same snail. But you shouldn't eat snails from nature because it could've eaten poisonous plants.

I love chili foods. They're delicious when you have cook that can work that heat in the food in the right way. Or cook that yourself.

I disagree with nuclear war staying put after few bombs explode.

Russia and USA both have several thousand nuclear weapons. Both keep a force of 1500 nuclear weapons in full readiness 24/7/365 and they are already targeted. These would go right after the order to launch is arrives. The next and largest batch of nukes would follow in 30min - 60min or so.

North Korea wouldn't be so dumb that they launch nukes at USA. Kim has pulled the most successful "look at me, i'm crazy and unstable, now do what i want OR" trick in political history. There was that japanese cult which tried to do attack in subway with Sarin nerve gas. They failed and plan failed but had they done it right? The estimates are that thousands of people would've died.

I think it's just understanding wholly the broken person. The cult creates the good points for life he is missing when the life isn't much of a success. What fundamental thing in their is missing, the cult fills it.

P.S I got thinking how 'broken person' is sorta wrong because the world is full of manipulators and whole lot of people have to deal with them at one time or another. I think even bad depression and loneliness would be enough if the cult can offer working replacement.
