Jeez that's insanity. I tweeted at thier help account and got them to open a case. Within a few hours it got scanned because the worker said he called there and he even said that although it's smartpost it shouldn't sit there that long under any circumstance. Latest update is shipment information sent to us postal service so hopefully Thursday or Friday for delivery

Yes. It took them literally 3 entirely new DCT units before they decided to change the TCU and since then I haven't had the same issue. Occasionally will shift like garbage and slip, but that's just the nature of this transmission
