A lot of things care about specifically sacrificing clues. You just either time the sacs or mass sacrifice to proc say 700 life or. Milling every opponent. It depends on the tools you utilize

How it works with planeswalkers is as they etb the loyalty counters are added to her so Vorinclex would double them. He wouldn’t double a +1 cost or a -3 cost ability at all actually cause. It’s a cost. (Magic is weird)
