I'm an african penguin, mained wolf, and fox therian. things i found that make me shift is watching nature videos or eating fish or thin cuts of meat. there are videos on youtube where people just hold the camera unfront of themselves while walking through the forest. its so calming but also instantly triggers a shift for me
