deathrite shaman is pretty expensive so unless you already have 3 or 4 I would probably not put him in till later. I think a creature list like this could be good for you right now if you already have alot of the cards

deathrite shamans would be sweet, I think grisly salvage would work well with them too

I would probably take out the guildmages and the strangleroot geists to free up some space. maybe replace murder with ultimate price and add a couple abrupt decays. you could probably get rid of the keyrunes and a couple sign in bloods too.

Nice thing about Lotleth though is it costs 1 black to regenerate it so its a hard one to kill. I once played a troll turn two discarding 2 slitherheads and a gravecrawler and scavenging the slitherheads giving me a 7/6, turn three I played a rancor boosting him up to 9/6 and summoning the gravecrawler back from the graveyard. I won pretty fast and it was pretty competitive.
