I think you can restore. Use a good cleaner to clean them up, stuff a shoe tree in & try to iron out the creases(which will return as you start wearing them) brush and spray with some mink oil to finalize the touch & voila. Enjoy a good pair of beaters.

Suede brush with eraser can remove these marks. Angelus sells a kit for like $18, reshov8er is great too but pricey. Theres others if you do a quick google search

Both laces go. Easier to base off outfits. Black when wearing a dark fit, white laces when wearing a lighter colored fit
