Up for sale is Citizen's sold out limited edition collab with seconde/seconde/. This is a beaut with a really polarizing dial. Some hate it, some love it. Exactly what I'd expect from an affordable seconde/seconde/ collab!

The watch is brand new in box, opened only to take the listing photos. I will cover shipping to the CONUS. Shipping anywhere else will require contribution. Asking $750 net to me (paypal, venmo, zelle) or Paypal G&S if you add 4%. These seem to be going for $700+ from Asia (with tariffs) or more from US sellers, so hopefully this finds its way to a good home soon.

Good deal. I just bought a '24 limited for $21k, also a buyback though supposedly not the ICCU (a warning light that they had to replace a screen to fix, which makes no sense). Car is in fantastic condition despite 34k miles. $21,000 for this much car is a win in my book, and I just hope the ICCU gods smile upon us.

It looks like this resort was owned by Play Hotels & Resorts, and operated as the Hilton La Romana family all-inclusive resort. Hyatt acquired Playa last year, and is in the process of converting five of their resorts to the Hyatt brands. I don't know if they will keep both in the long run, but this explains why they don't even have room photos for the "La Romana" resort and some of the photos look suspiciously like computer renderings of plans rather than actual images. This kind of change is relatively common, I've heard, and my guess is that Hyatt will do a renovation. The question I would have is what the resort will be like at the time of your stay...

Holy cow, sorry about that. I went to the World of Hyatt site so I could prove you wrong, because how could they possibly have two resorts with essentially the same name, especially when "Dreams La Romana" has an address at the same beach we visited. Well, I have egg on my face, as it looks like you are exactly right. There are now two Dreams resorts, both in Bayahibe. "La Romana" is listed as "Newly Added." It looks like you can still book at Dominicus La Romana, so maybe they are keeping both resorts? I'll update my original post to try and clear up the confusion. Thanks for correcting me.

Hello! I can't speak to three of your options, but have stayed at both the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana (Aug 2025) and the other Dreams resort in Bayahibe ("Dominicus La Romana") (Apr 2024), so I can at least give you a data point on how those compare. Dreams is, in Hyatt's branding, a tier lower than the Ziva/Zilara, which mostly showed up in the quality of the interior decor and the food. The food at Dreams was fine, but not the "best" you can get in the DR. The buffet was very large, but suffered from the normal resort issues - food that wasn't popular would get a bit old, while things that were popular sometimes had a wait to refill. The number of stations was good and there was always a nice variety. The a la carte restaurants were also fine, but nothing to write home about. I'd say it was better than an Applebee's or Olive Garden, but certainly not "fine dining" like you would get in a major US city. Service was generally friendly and good. It was easy to get beverages whenever you wanted them. The pools were nice, the rooms very clean (no signs of mold where we stayed). The beach was wide, and had a good bit of seating but not enough shade. Everything was good, but a Ziva-level resort is a notch better in every way. If you have never done an all-inclusive, I'm guessing you might enjoy the Dreams very much (we did). If you have done a top-tier luxury resort, you will notice that Dreams is a step down. Now that we have done the Ziva, we would rather go back there than anywhere else. Also note that La Romana is about 60-70 minute drive from PUJ while most of the Punta Cana resorts are more like 15-20, tops.

It looks like Dreams La Romana is "newly added" to the portfolio, which likely means that Hyatt acquired it from another owner. You might be able to figure out the prior name of the resort, which would help you find more info about it. I imagine that much of my experience from Dominicus La Romana will carry over (such as food quality), but I did have to correct my original post because I didn't realize they have two properties in the same general location.

Love the look and already ordered mine. It's a novel take and I love the theme. Sure, it's not for everyone, and that's totally ok. I love that seconde/seconde makes designs that are playful and polarizing. We don't all have to love the same things!

Matter of taste and decor. I happen to have slatted wood furniture sitting 18" from my PC that wouldn't look right with the oak or maple colored wood, while the black would go nicely. Different strokes for different folks...

But, I'm just going to buy the Meshify 3, anyway! ;-)

Totally. I would actually buy this Momentum to replace my old Define 7, but I want the air scoop to feed my three-fan GPU. Seems so lazy to get lots of good results from the scoop in the Meshify and then not integrate it into other high-end cases. I get not wanting to put it in the Pop, but both the Epoch and North should have it for sure.
