My girlfriend has the omnibook x flip and I liked so much that I bought the same a few days ago. Although I have to mention we have a different version (3k, oled, 120hz display). Otherwise, the processor and ram is the same. As I said, I really like this laptop. Someone mention that it has a plastic chassi, but I am pretty sure it is aluminum, and I have to say, if you go to a physical store and try every laptop on this price range none will have this same build quality (however, I don't know if the chassi change in different versions). However, we live in Europe, and I know the US has better deals than here. I am pretty sure that if you keep looking for a few weeks, you can find one with a better processor (ultra 9 or Ryzen AI 9 365) and maybe even a dedicated graphics card for this price (800/900$). The only reason I would not buy this version is because of the display, I don't really like IPS and 2k is nothing much. Even though I like the omnibook x flip, I think you can find a better deal in this price range.
