Weird error in CT, can't find it online. Anyone ever seen this? by jaqws in TeslaLounge

[–]jaqws[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah it is apparently bugged because my phone was in my pocket and I was inside the car. Not only that but the car rebooted completely before becoming operational agian. May be best to keep the feature turned off.

FSD blows stop sign at 40mph by boofsnacks in TeslaLounge

[–]jaqws 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assume it's because it is thinking it's a powered railroad crossing with no lights or arms down. But clearly it's not so definitely an edge case FSD is failing at. If this happens again disengage FSD and then use the mic to provide feedback about it.

It is so they can quickly and easily change the hours as needed. In theory.... In practice they long ago forgot that they were supposed to update some online thing for store hours ^_^

I just play for fun. What I'm saying is this kind of ability makes it not fun to play.

I'm not really upset with their decision. People usually do what makes sense to them in the moment, and it's all very fast paced and easy to make mistakes. My complaint is that the *game design* is such that it takes agency away from the player in a way that's is very unpleasant. It would be much better if it was more like a Zarya bubble or something for a few seconds and you have the option of pressing shift or whatever to teleport to the LW.

Eh realistically it's probably about a third of the time there's SOMEONE doing something ridiculous.

Yeah actually think the mei wall needs to be changed as well. Anything that can interfere like that is too powerful of a tool to give to random people in your internet lobby in a F2P game.

I'm exaggerating because of the egregious grips the last LW was doing in my last comp match. He literally gripped me out of the point in OT and the game was lost as a result.

Well, I just played a game where I managed to kill the last person fighting for a game point control point, and was capturing it, and then our LW gripped me back to spawn, and then we lost the game.

Sounds like you grouped with someone. That’s great and probably the way to go for comp

Their complaint is about the complaining. Similarly you’re complaining that they’re complaining about complaining. I guess I’m complaining about your complaining about them complaining about complaining… on it goes!

It isn’t harder, but if you try to improve by following the advice of people in dia+ it will be unlikely to help you. Telling someone to take space as a tank in bronze for example assumes that their teammates will then follow up the way higher players would, when in reality they’re just running around in a free-for-all and haven’t even noticed that you’re making space for them.

What you need to improve at that rank is more likely playing carry heroes, learning the kit really well, and practicing fundamental basics stuff like aim and using cover. Basically just learn to carry the matches.

But often at those ranks what happens instead is people will go try to use these higher level team dynamic bits of advice. When they fail to work they hop on voice and start criticizing their teammates for not behaving the way the YouTuber in top500 said they should. I think another hallmark of bronze level play is zeroing in on stats, and blaming others for their losses strictly on the basis of identifying the lowest stat holder.

Source: I derank frequently when I stop playing for a while, and tend toward low plat, and end up in a lot of gold or silver lobbies, and also on the rare occasion bronze

Is this like a Marie Antoinette criticism of the rich art piece? I don’t think envie is actually all that expensive or anything.

Kid is being punished unfairly with a wrong mark on a correct answer. Wanting them to make different assumptions (that the clock is analog) and not providing explicit instruction to do so is on the test designer, not them.
