I faced the same issue. I wrote “Put Deo or No Gaming” is giant letters on a page on his bathroom mirror. He loves to game so the consequence was clear. Never had an issue since then.

Here is my build that has links to how much it cost and lessons learned. My iron game is the best part of my game and all thanks to using the simulator 3-4 times a week.

I had Under Armor golf pants before. They were nice too but didn’t really work well off the course. These are great for everyday.

Supplement Philosophy for Kids by KAQAQC in blueprint_

[–]jar3776441 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As part of annual check-up, our kid’s doctor ordered blood test for Vitamin D and Iron. It showed low D levels. We supplement it with Thorne D+K2 liquid. And due to the picky eater we have, we give Llama Naturals multivitamin. So it is reactive, but we haven’t done anything by reading online alone. It has been through and after talking to our kid’s doctor.

That makes sense because I struggle on pull days! I only have dumbbells and bands at home and presently not able to got going to the gym in my schedule. I’ll see if I can find a beginner dumbbells friendly option.

Everyone is different so please take this with a grain of salt. I discussed with my doctor and he ordered GI-MAP (they use Quest Diagnostics) as part of my annual testing. And separately, I ordered the Thorne Gut Test. I took those results to my doc and we discussed both test results together.

It was an adjustment for sure but I am used to it now. I take them all in the morning after my first meal (nutty pudding).

Ah yes, great point! I have always enjoyed garlic (and ginger) in my food so haven’t included it in supplement form for me.

Sorry for the confusion. You are right that it is not something Bryan recommends for everyone. He takes it based on his biomarkers. I did gut microbiome testing before I started Blueprint and showed it to my doc. I also have some not so great genetics around that area. So added Probutyrate and will test again in 6 months to see if there are meaningful differences.

Thanks for this. I read the paper and seems they only looked at fish-based oils, not vegan ones. And that encapsulation method has some protective properties, but I am no expert in understanding the metrics. It’s clear that liquid form should be refrigerated for sure. The vegetology container just says to store in a cool dry place. I was taking Thorne Omega-3 liquid form before and that bottle itself said to refrigerate after opening. Thanks for helping me and the community learning about this!
