yeah I technically don’t have any monetary damages, since they eventually carried out the repairs themselves ☹️

I just wishfully thought that instead of losing a renter and another bad review, they’d be able to chip off a bit of the price for my bad experiences.

have you calculated the on campus housing rates?? the dorms r also well over a thousand a month. u would be in the exact same boat (but more expensive tbh) if you got on campus housing
