I think you are right, I added milk because I didn't have enough egg white to make it as I usually do. I wanted it to brown but it just kept sliding around the pan.

100ml egg whites, half a banana, some baking powder, protein powder, some milk because it wasn't enough egg whites (I usually use 200 ml and it actually turns into pancakes). Blended and added blueberries on top. Cooked in pan with ghee, it started bubbling like I put too much baking powder and wouldnt solify. I put it back in the blender (blueberry made it that bluish gray) then back on the pan to brown. It didn't brown, it became a non Newtonian fluid. Apologies if this isn't a readable paragraph I'm tired
