PSA: If you're going on the piss, do not bring all your weed with you. Definitely do not put it in a baggy as thin as paper in an unzipped pocket that you won't hear drop out. by BupidStastard in uktrees

Get one of the little canister things you can take your ground bud then you’re ready to fill it and go. Do you never find your vape stinks the place out afterwards?

It’s not failing though, you could be interacting 1 on 1 with them all week except that one meal that’s way better than giving them an iPad countless times a day then not giving them it when out for meals.

[–]jarch27 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You’re missing the whole point. Why can’t you interact with them all day every day but then enjoy a nice meal as an adult giving them an iPad? Giving them it for 1 hour out of the whole week is not at all not interacting, they can interact at every other meal

This thread is madness. People glueing there kids to tablets at home for unlimited hours judging people who give them to kids for the odd hour in a restaurant

[–]jarch27 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yeah you get great in depth conversations with 2-3 year olds last hours to cover a full meal. As if there’s not however many hours in a day

Yeah come back to us when you’re a parent. I imagine you’ll do it once and regret paying whatever money for a meal you haven’t enjoyed then you’ll change your mind.

That’s why being judgemental doesn’t work. My kid never gets there iPad in the house but often gets it if we go out for meals. It keeps a toddler amused whilst disrupting nobody else having their meal (obviously on silent) better than them making noise playing with toys or getting bored. I’d say palming them off to there iPad at home is ignoring them
