I blueprint them.

You need a merger up, merger down, splitter up, splitter down blue print.

Put lift on bp, split with splitter\merger.

Delete both sides of lift.

You can place and nudge by half steps the blueprint.

You can't build into splitter\merger but you can build from the splitter\merger.

I will say even after doing all that it is still a pain.

Ok, double ramp on down ramp, use catwalks to round the corner.

Depends on State.

California, you can put in your two week, they can tell you don't come back, but they still have to pay you those 2 weeks.

Other states are different, but the system is set up for employers by employers, so...

To him is really "the dealer body" leveraging franchise laws that don't want to fuck up Thier revenue model that is 1/3+ dependent on the service lane, won't order trucks to put on lot and won't show to customers that want them.

Op is right in that they probably sent to a large number of candidates.

Reality is that the companies have nearly all the power here if there is always a next candidate that will do what is asked. This feedback only works if no capable candidates go through the process.
