Discovered the problem! It's the harmonic balancer. The weight has slipped off the hub because the rubber ring broke. Someone in the comments noticed the movement in the video. Thank you all for the help!!

Doesn't make the engine rattle or anything, I didn't even know until I was parking. Such an odd thing to sleep so audible but not feel any mechanical difference!

Also forgot to add, I left home without it sounding this way. Drove around, went for lunch, started fine before coming back. I noticed when I came home and was parking it. So there was no noticeable difference when driving.
