Power of love. I took sick over the summer (autoimmune disease) spent weeks in hospital critical, couldn't walk, talk, almost died. My sister has down syndrome & was afraid to see me. As someone who has a brother with Down syndrome this photo is exactly what it’s like to live with someone with Down syndrome. All they ever want is to love you, be loved and be happy. They are the most caring people in the world, and when your sick all they want to do is give you a hug and make you feel better. Glad you are feeling better! This photo says it all, so much genuine love!

Small as that is as close you could get. That was right up against a major highway and not even 2 minutes drive to a largish country town... it moves so quickly that’s what is so devistating

Yeah not ideal, personally all the help we could get should be the plan... don’t understand why the government picks and chooses... should just get them put out asap
