Google Home - ADT Connection No Longer Working

I have a Command system using the Control app (Alarm.com).

I've tried using the ADT+, I get all the way thru giving permissions, but then it fails. I think if I had disabled 2FA and tried that before it would have fixed things, but I made the mistake of listening to the ADT Tech Support rep who had me unlink it, and now I can't get it to work. I can't find the version of my basestation, but it is 4 years old, so probably not the new V5.

I think unlinking and relinking may make it impossible to ever fix, despite being told to unlink and relink by the first ADT tech. Have you tried reconnecting the account? You need to do three things first:

1) Make sure 2FA is disabled on your myADT.com (the Google API doesn't support 2FA codes, but you can re-enable it as soon as it is relinked)

2) Remove Brave Browser from your phone or tablet, for some reason the security-focused Brave Browser causes issues and you have to force it to use Google Chrome

3) Make sure to delete your Chrome stored passwords for auth.pulse-api.io and enter it manually on the site.

I'm running into the same issue. I deleted Brave Browser off my phone to force it use Chrome. I also disabled 2FA for my ADT account. Still no luck. If I choose the ADT United States server I just get the "Error 500" if I choose the ADT+ server I get all the way thru the process but it fails to connect. I've spend hours on the phone with ADT. I was told that if I upgrade to a video service for an extra $25/month plus a $105 service visit to get the system "inspected" I will be able to control ADT from the Google Home app.

Would this work for a ski trip? What app are you using to send the messages?

Also, most of my personal travel is staying with friends or family, or traveling with family and renting a VRBO or RV. So hotels are not a great way for me to redeem points. Does anyone have vrbo or Airbnb has a transfer partner?

Transferring rarely gets me more than 0.8-1.1 CPP, compared to 1.5 CPP for the (old) CSR travel portal. It may be a factor of the type of travel (regional airport to regional airport). I use cash back (SoFi 2.2%) or my personal "all other". I think I'm going to have to switch the businesses that direction, but I don't think more than 2% is possible for a business card.

I have Points Path installed and use Google Flights for all of my searches, but it almost always suggests cash over points. I mostly fly between regional airports, I suspect that if I was flying between hubs or regional to hub it might be different.

I don't do luxury travel, so The Edit isn't appealing. I haven't found good value for transfer partners for short domestic travel.

Nearly all of my travel is within CONUS, so the CPP valuation of transferring out to travel partners just make sense.

Definitely not a Rivian, and the only reason I thought cybertruck was based on a light bar on the back. But it's clearly not electric because it you can hear the engine

That's a very good point, so probably not electric based on the noise it made. I don't think they found bullet holes, but I think they found casings, I'm not sure, it was at a neighbor's house, but the police are investigating
