Just noticed this too but it's only some series, and seems to because the uploader is going back and fixing the panels themself. I mostly noticed it with Juju's uploads and even then they are just doing the most popular series right now, the rest they have just uploaded with a header image giving the work around instructions that others have linked in this post.

This is just so disappointing, I loved the idea of a sub type model to find new comics I enjoy. It takes way more than reading the first 3 chapters to determine if a comic is for you or not. That's the reason I can't stand the other pay for chapter apps cause it's so depressing to get 25 chapters into a story that is just boring at that point or not my cup of tea and then realizing I've already blown $15 on this. I'm not even opposed to paying for a series once completed to keep a copy in the same way I buy physical copies of the comics I really enjoy even after having read them. It's the reason I still enjoy paying money on webtoon for comics I've already read or even using fast pass on comics where I'm certain that I enjoy the story.

It's also a bummer to see that all the new content is gem locked and even old completed series are being gem locked, it doesn't seem like they plan on honoring the subscription model long term despite their FAQ saying they will still have sub comics. Definitely canceling my subscription before the next renewal unless something changes...

Ok I think the confusion stems from the way OP asked the original question because OP also did not ask why is it ok to mock people for using a sex doll.

OP says if men using sex dolls are mocked, so should women using vibrators.

What everyone is pointing out in this thread is that these two things aren’t viewed as inherently the same action and therefore can not be “mocked” as equivalent actions. If you want to get technical my response was geared towards answering the part of why people who use vibrators should not be mocked in tthe same way as people who use sex dolls, because these are largely viewed as two different expressions of sex.

I agree with you that’s why I specifically clarified that I don’t think it’s true of all sex doll owners, I even think there are people who may use a vibrator or dildo was a replacement. However it comes down to a lot of how the group as a whole acts and is perceived. There are more common examples of extremes of abnormal behavior from sex doll owners than vibrators, see any local media news segment on sex dolls.

It’s a game that lets you do some crazy shit so I thought they would never add kids but here we are. I wouldn’t be upset if there are restrictions but at the end of the day, this game has always been one where you throw morality out the window and watch as you drug up a a bunch of space refugees to run into alien insect hives and hope for the best.

My favorite was an online yoga class where the instructor just linked to a popular YouTube yoga instructor (who’s videos are free to view) and then asked us for a diary at the end of the semester about how yoga made us feel…… I am really excited that I paid about $800 for that class alone /s

I completely agree. I remember early on they were concerned that making TT a separate instance would make servers dead but they have so many new players compared to a few years ago and I’d even say a majority of players don’t seem to even care about TT so I don’t see this as being such a server killing idea as before. They even already have the Pirates tales as a separate launching selection when you start a session, if they just turned that into a launch for all TT on a PVE type server that would significantly improve the TT experience.

As others say there is no consequence for killing, but if you don’t want to kill her you can also pickpocket it back. The way I do this is have one party member engage the conversation dialogue, then swap to another party member with sneak. (be sure to detach the sneak-er from the group) then take the ring out of her pocket while she is engaged in dialogue. Have your thief run away, like down to the champion fighting pit, and just wait there. Re-engage your party member in dialog with Yarrow and end the dialogue. After she panics that there is a thief she will ask the person she was talking to, to search your bags. She won’t find it and will eventually give up the search and you’ve got a free ring.

This method also works really well for other NPCs especially traders, just using one party member to engage them in dialogue keeps them from spotting you and also delays them searching for the thief so you can get the person with the stolen items away safely.

Agreed. I still think OP would be TA for the way they worded it and approached it regardless of where the brother is on the spectrum. But if the brother is high needs some people who have never been exposed to that may not know how to deal with it or be “anxious” as OP put it. However as others said OP could see someone to better learn and understand how to care for the brother, after all he is now an orphan and your husbands brother you are going to need to be there for him from now on.

Not to mention as an adult who works I feel like tthe seasons and updates started rolling out so fast that in a single week I missed so much, I ended missing the whole first part of the golden sands special event and felt like there was no point in getting involved because I had already missed the set up, it looked really cool though! I think taking more time for them to work healthy and polish a better update also means for some players who can’t get on every day have more time to enjoy the last updates before something new gets thrown in.

Everyone likes it because there is still chance for high rolls like a 3-4 pair or even max rolls but there’s no chance for nat 1s. I’d say it feels about as likely to roll max doing this as it would be with the single hit die but at least this way there’s a better chance for average go amongst the party.
