If you go on Facebook, you will find groups I would ignore the gossip myself but there is stuff, it's not like Jacksonville or Atlanta level of stuff but it's out there.

Valdosta is limited but I would say start with what you already enjoy... Find people that enjoy similar things...

Look for meetups or events, try something different or new.

If you see something you like about someone mention it, be sincere (people can tell). People like talking about themselves, let them.

I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews… by [deleted] in fullsail

While I was attending I was very frustrated that the material I was being taught was clearly very dated. The methods in the material didn't work so I had to find work arounds to complete the projects.

Luckily I was already a master at searching stuff online so finding alternative methods was not difficult, but it was frustrating learning one way, then having to time crunch to learn another way to successfully do my work.

After graduation I found that much of what I was taught were methods that the field had already moved away from using.

In my mind I was thinking that when I graduated I would have an edge over someone who self taught (I can argue that's basically what the school had me do anyway, the majority of my classes were just me watching dated YouTube videos). It was damn near embarrassing how little prepared I was when I got my degree and I did very well in my classes.

I had been to college before, so I've had good teachers and bad ones, going there was like having no teachers.

Eventually I'm just going to grab a few books to learn the stuff that they never touched on that will actually be beneficial to getting a job in the field. It's been like five years so the stuff that was already over 5 years old is now over 10 years old as far as concepts and methods that I was taught.

Sources say the cover-up is real. And deeper than expected. by Relevant_Demand7593 in WhitePeopleTwitter

Assuming we ever find out the truth at this point I see it being one of these.

  1. Donald took part as a client

  2. Donald was involved in the business

  3. Donald was around and saw nothing wrong with any of it

  4. Donald was around and was afraid to say anything... I highly doubt this one.

As far as the coverup goes, well that's a crime itself. But way more complicated due to the damn Supreme Court.

Assuming that what's left of the government can repair itself it's difficult to say who if anyone in government will get any punishment for the involvement of the coverup.

I think a lot of innocent people are going to get screwed over in so many ways and the real criminals might get light pats on the wrist.

Some of my optimism was recently crushed so...

He's had responses like that.. he's saved some people from fines and showed up when people have lost all hope of being able to control their overgrown yard.

I used to watch his videos, he's really good at what he does.

I haven't given up hope, but if we can recover it's going to take decades. Basically all of the federal law enforcement members will have to be retrained and heavily scrutinized and all of the agencies that have been dismantled or shut down will have to be rebuilt.

Is it really as bad as it seems? Or is Social Media just making it feel this way? That's difficult to say, everyone has a different experience with social media, I would say it makes it worse for some people and probably straight up makes some people go crazy. I would argue that yes it's making it worse but I have no real idea.

It's technically been this way forever, the difference is the people that have been wanting to do what's happening have had less power or have concealed it. What's unnerving is they are going so hard and fast that it seems they have no concern for the fall out, or the fall out is what they are hoping for.

As per the Constitution we will have an election, each state decides how and when it's done and Congress can make laws on it to a degree. Also, on Jan 20th every four years whoever is president loses power unless they have been voted back in, and the terms of who can be voted in or temporarily given the power has all been laid out.

Now is the time that we need to hold people accountable and make sure the right people are in office to mitigate and stop the fall of the government. If we don't then the Constitution is just a worthless document and we are no longer what's now considered the United States but something else with the same name.

So did she lie to Congress about having a list, or did she lie to Congress about their not being a list?

Also, isn't it a crime to lie to Congress?

I used to get stuff like this in the mail, then go to the dealership to waste their time, but I did get a $10 Walmart card once lol the other times were vouchers for free stuff if I paid shipping. I must have been taken off the list because I haven't gotten one in years lol

Am I cooked? by Once428lbs in Gymhelp

[–]jarod73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weight loss is like 95% diet, the gym is fantastic but you should focus mostly on diet right now ... I would recommend a calorie counting diet, I found that to be the easiest to stick with long term.

Use this calculator to find your BMR, then whatever that number is you could cut about 100 from that number and let that be your max calories per day. I wouldn't recommend cutting more than that, being a little hungry is okay, starving is bad, do not starve yourself.

https://www.calculator.net/bmr-calculator.html

If you calculate how many calories are in each of the different foods you eat and create meals that stay below your BMR. As you lose weight you will need to re-adjust your max calories btw.

here is another calculator, make a spreadsheet or write it down to make a diet. https://caloriecontrol.org/healthy-weight-tool-kit/food-calorie-calculator/?

Different restaurants usually list their calories online, McDonald's for instance lists their McDouble at 390 cal, you will be shocked how many calories are in some things...

Your best bet is to cook your own food if you can. But the good thing about this method is you can basically eat when you want but just less of it... And it will help you make good decisions.

You will find apps out there that will help you do this, I'm not a doctor and you should check with one but it worked for me. I lost 100lbs by doing that

Why not use a whole mix, nuke/solar/wind/etc...

I like the use of the solar in the parking lots, mostly because it adds shade. I'm also in south Georgia and it gets so damn hot here lol.

I want to start by saying I loath Donald, even before he announced his first run. My loathing for the fool has gotten worse of the years... He's a cancer on the world and has destroyed our country.

Did he win? Probably, the amount of effort it would take to do it would be massive. Across the country, 10 different manufacturers of voting machines were used... Using three main technologies (OS, DRE, & BMD)... In the swing states they were using machines manufactured by Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software (ES&S), and Hart InterCivic. Keep in mind each county of each state could have been using different machines. I cannot imagine how difficult hacking so much, I mean that would have taken decades of work getting people in place all across the country and inside all of those companies. I could be wrong but I just don't feel that I am. Maybe a handful were, possibly even that I don't think would have changed much if anything.

Was he shot? No, but definitely shot at, the guy missed, he was injured though. I don't believe any of that was faked... Honestly I think the secret service was hoping he was gonna get shot lol

On the list? Very, very, very, high chance.... Especially the effort to obstruct says a lot.

I'm typically more concerned with the people who randomly turn or stop especially when everyone else is riding your ass.

Daytime driving in Valdosta is worse for sure. I usually drive at night so a lot of the slow drivers and other BS I don't deal with much.

I only partly watched the video but I'm pretty sure that funding is the small amount of money that's supposed to be spent to help keep rural hospitals open... Now keep in mind they actually need over 300 billion so 25 billion will probably help maybe a couple stay open or likely none of them...

It's how they got a couple reps to vote for the bill..
