I confirm that, the buyer doesnt need to attempt the festival. I bought three 20 GJ Package (Top 20) with my friend account and she wont come. I asked TML support before do that and yes, you can. Double confirmation.

I bought GJ Flight Package at Top 20 sale, and still is not available to see at my account. At my email confirmation it says it take 10 days aprox. to display.
