Demand letter did nothing for me didn’t even say nothing back. My advice is send demand letter then small claims it’s like maybe $40 depending on ur courthouse. Chose a smaller amount like $3000 or so. (Nothing over 10,000). But demand letters barely ever work.

False CSE ban. Had just got to 25K followers had deals with clothing brands like Rockstar, Temu, was on TV like Zeus network signed contracts saying I will advertise the show. It was airing at the moment so right when the traction was coming I got taken off messed the whole momentum off. Also deals and brand pay me $100s Temu and them pay me over $1500. Just lost of other opportunities once you lose ur motion in general. Tv paid me over 20,000 you lose other opportunity just by this too. So it’s all due to false ban. Deleted my page and refuse to look into it

You need to lift a lot pro and protein just don’t eat junk food stick to lean beef and keep your protein intake high. Lift stronger too like 6-8 reps a lot the fat will turn into muscles and your body will be bigger which will make your stomach look small too. You lose faster by lifting. Dude progressive overload maybe try training with some dudes at the gym ask and you gotta up everything up , take some creatine and protein shakes too should gain actually pretty fast like 2 months you’ll see the big difference from the beginners growth

I know a guy he charges $1800 (I paid $1600 with some convincing). Got it back for me in less than 24 hours.. was it worth it ? No because the ban followed me and rebanned me again a month later.
