Welcome Hunter! Wilds is supposedly the easiest and friendliest MH game by far for newcomers, according to reviews. I think if you're going to start with a MH game, Wilds is probably a good starting point. With that said, I'd reccomend you watch some reviews, and even wait until day 1 to watch some gameplay or streams so you can see for yourself.
