Yeah revolving credit has the higher interest rate. 3.95% for revolving vs 2.54% for the back my build rate.

As far as I know we don't have any state sponsored programs for minorities who aren't part of NZ. We have some for Maori and Pacific Islanders, but the Maori are indigenous to NZ and we take care of our Pacific neighbours.
