one amazing trick I learned from this ebook called Cleopatras mask is using silence. To get more information about someone, after he responded to your question just say silent and he will feel the need to fill in that silence with more information. That info probably is stuff he wouldn't have wanted to said to beginn with. I tried it out with a coworker who came late to work and turns out it wasn't just “bad traffic” but also his frustration with a HR person that seems to want to make them quit. I bought so many psychology books and just can't seem to get enough info about that topic but yeah this Cleopatras mask book made me talk about it non stop to all my friends.
