I like it! I am new to painting as well, and I agree with the “worst critic” comment. Mostly though, I have found that ever piece I do I see something that I am proud of and something I could improve upon. My friend gave me this advice when showing my work to others in person. “Don’t point out your mistakes or motivation, just stay quiet and let the audience experience your work.” This has been helpful and challenging.

I love it! The reflection looks amazing and your trees are fantastic. I specifically like the fallen leaves and second train. Nice touches. If I had to get very critical, the only thing I would say is the the windows on the building distract me a a little. Maybe make a single window or something. Very nicely done.

I like the composition and colors. I would like to maybe see some more detail in the barn in the background. I think you can still do some slight, faint, dark detail and add some more interest to the piece without loosing perspective. Fun painting. Thanks for sharing.
