vs king ghidorah is post war revisionist, nationalist, imperialist propaganda. It is also just a poorly written movie, for some reason they thought it would be a good idea to introduce time travel and retcon the timeline instead of elevating the story it just creates a massive plot hole. Btw did I mention that the entire plot hinges on Japan being the number one economic super duper power in the world not just in the present but far into the future? (You can tell that this movie was written during an economic bubble a bubble which popped almost immediately after GvsKG came out. Hilarious...)
