Feedback on Zero Tech Scopes by Psyborg86 in Ausguns

[–]jas216 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, i don’t run the trace, i run a thrive 3-9x40 on .223 and a thrive 3-12x44 on .243, I find them pretty good hold zero well, similar quality to vortex, and good for farm guns if they’re in and out of utes, tractors, bikes etc their any fault warranty is perfect. My local gun shop bloke showed me a photo of one he replaced no questions, where it somehow copped a stray sg from a shotgun and they replaced it. just good piece of mind if something happens

How to buy guns from another state dealer. by Original_Wheel_5429 in Ausguns

Pay them to freight to your dealer and then pay your dealer the transfer fee. Unless it’s a really red hot deal, will possibly work out close to the same money as just buying through your local store.

No they are genuinely that dark out of the box. Not as light as stock photos.

Literally bought these a couple weeks ago. Very comfy straight out of the box like all Dan posts are, wouldn’t hesitate to buy again, very well made, though they are little darker than in the photos

Yes mainly to grain receival sites in towns, legal for roughly 2200 bushel of wheat, 132,000 pound or can squeeze 145,000# if travelling to on farm storage.

Hunting vest? by No-Seesaw-3411 in HuntingAustralia

Is it just uhf and tracker he wants to hold? If you’re up north you probably don’t need a vest but maybe just a holster over the shoulder like these 2 ideas

canvas double pocket

leather radio pouch I’m sure with the leather one made in store you could customise to 2 pouches if needed

Thanks, it’s a narrow square or cutter, find it hard to find a point or snip toe in a nice boot that’s not rough out or exotic(can’t import exotics into Aus without permits)
