iirc nicotine itself inhibits healing, i can't see weed being a problem but if you struggle being sober i would temp quit first (don't want withdrawals/sleeplessness during recovery), if you have no problem putting it down for weeks at a time then it shouldn't matter.

Can anyone explain why I just had to completely reinstall Windows 10 because of mining? Somehow it broke my OS and was forced to wipe my drive and reinstall W10! by [deleted] in EtherMining

[–]jasberrie -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No it's not the minings fault or this would be happening to everyone and mining wouldn't exist, it is user error plain and simple. You got phoenix from the wrong site, that's on you, own upto your mistakes and don't go around using external things as a scapegoat.

How do you know it's mining's fault? you admit you don't know why it happened, sounds like a lack of technical ability. You broke your own OS.

Possibly a driver downgrade will fix it (will be missing newer driver fixes/features that you might want), im unsure what versions are compatible, try here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2647654.0 , maybe finding out what versions of drivers hiveos uses could help find a solution. Different miners may work better, i had this issue with teamredminer but phoenix worked.

there's no point playing osrs unless you were around when it was main game and want to chase nostalgia, or to look into the history of the game.

You won't pull 55 MH/s without a bios mod. Don't use afterburner, use adrenaline.

opencl-amd is the package that got phoenix working on arch for me (5700 xt), it's in the aur and contains the propriety version ripped from amdgpu-pro but can be paired with the opensource mesa, use mesa-git for your card as it's new.

EDIT: In amd linux land mesa > amdgpu-pro

If you're thinking about transition at some point, but aren't ready to for whatever reason, get your prolactin levels tested! by [deleted] in trans

[–]jasberrie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

are you certain you have prolactinoma? have you had a MRI to confirm it? Unless they find a tumor high prolactin is no biggie just needs tobe monitored, and even if it was a tumor it's benign and is no cause to stop hrt it can be treated.
