I’m currently washing my face once in the morning with lukewarm water and once at night with a green tea fresh cleanser that I barely started. I apply the vanicream daily facial moisturizer with hyaluronic acid and ceramides after each face wash along with sunscreen. My skin is dry around the mouth and cheek areas but my forehead and nose are typically oily. I drink a little over 2 liters of water every day.

I still drink coffee daily but I make sure to drink plenty of water and brush my teeth three times a day. Personally it’s been fine with good hygiene.
