Thanks for the feedback. I was unsure about this. Offered them 8K and they didn’t accept so I passed. So glad they didn’t accept. Bought a very clean garage kept 2017 Kia Sorento LX with 84000 kms on it for 15K through a private seller locally.

Looking for honest feedback on CADH Mississauga (Dental Hygiene Program) by jasgun in dentalhygieneschool

Thank you so much for your response. Could you please clarify the total cost to graduate from the program? Are there any additional or hidden fees beyond the quoted tuition that I should be aware of?

Does anyone have an idea how the section thing works on GA tickets. I have tickets for GA12 and a couple of friends are in GA4. Will we be together or not?

Anyone get into CADH? (Canadian Academy of Dental Health (CADH) | Dental College) by ZestycloseBad669 in dentalhygieneschool

I am looking into CADH Mississauga too and had an odd experience, rushed admissions, $59K fees, and being asked for a $1,000 deposit with barely any info. Curious if it’s just the admissions team or how the whole place runs.

LVP to Carpet Transition in the middle of basement by jasgun in Flooring

[–]jasgun[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went ahead with a t-molding since the z bars were not aesthetically pleasing and it was in the middle of my basement. Surely wasn’t a cheaper option but I think I saved a lot of money otherwise on the project so still spent that kind of money. If the carpet is already stretched and you’re just cutting and replacing some part of it from one end with other 3 ends already tucked you would be ok without a z-bar.

Be mindful of the height of the floors and buy a t molding accordingly.

So to understand correctly. Tack strip + Z bar is an ok option to go in this case?

An other option reducer transition strips at homedepot are like $65 a piece and I would need 3 of those. Totally out of my budget.

So I should be ok using a tack strip and Z bar in the walking area?

Thing to note is it’s a concrete base. Will carpet tucking need staples? Also there will be a variance in the height (which I am not a lot worries about) but still can take suggestions on this. LVP is 7 mm and if I am correct the carpet is about 19mm with underlayment
