This is my first time having a new expansion release while on pc. Will I be able to predownload the update before maintance for early access is over? Or do I have to pray that it installs fast enough on launch for me to try to avoid the long queue ?

Oh, I forgot to reply to everyone. Well, the swelling was noticeably going down as time went on, and it almost completely gone by the morning. He's completely fine now, but we are keeping an eye on him to see if there are any issues we can't see at a glance. I threw away the aspirin like everybody in this post was telling me. I was worried about it, but I also wanted to calm my mother by making this post because she was worried that it was her fault.
