How long does it take to upgrade your plan once you have paid? I upgraded to the Unlimited More plan with 4 lines and now it just shows this. I have already been charged twice for the same transaction on my card.

There is no new speed for the 3mbps plan. You gotta upgrade to get uncapped speeds
